Superior Court - Original jurisdiction
A
SC has jurisdiction over all other civil matters except those with specialized subject matter (probate court)

State Court
A
- 62 most populous counties have a state court
- Jurisdiction over all cases not exclusively with the Superior Court.
That means if a defendant seeks equitable relief in a state court he must remove to Superior court.

Magistrate Court
A
Any civil case with amount in controversy less than $15k.
-NO CPA. Still has compulsory counterclaim rule.
