What investigations should be carried out for concerns about anovulation?
A
Serum progesterone mid cycle you would expect this to be elevated due to prod by Corpus Luteum which would exist only if ovulation has occurred. Low progesterone= lack of ovulation if 7d prior menstruation e.g. day 21 of 28 day cycle.
