LEADING QUESTION:
answer suggested in the question.

CROSS-EXAMINATION:
purpose:
1. TEST
-to test the validity or veracity of the witness
2. ATTACK
-attack the opponent’s version
3. ELICIT
-elicit additional evidence to use in your argument.
RE-EXAMINATION:
deals with something that came up during cross-examination and was also not dealt with in examination-in-chief.
