When do you report damage to property?
If cost is greater than $500 to repair or replace - whichever is lower

If it’s below .55 lbs it does not have to be registered otherwise all have to be registered regardless of intended use
Operating from a moving vehicle/airplane
Prohibited from a moving aircraft
sUA transporting another persons property for compensation or hire can not be operated from a moving vehicle
If in a sparsely populated area, can operate from a moving land or water vehicle
Civil twilight operations
Must have anticollision lights that can be seen from 3 SM away
Transport of property
Can occur within the bounds of a state
Hazardous material
Not allowed to transport hazardous material

Remain clear and yield to all other aircraft
What is maximum ground speed?
87 kt or 100 mph
Height restrictions
400 ft agl unless within 400 ft radius of a structure and not going over 400 ft above a structure
Visibility and clouds
Minimum visibility of 3 sm
500 below a cloud
2000 ft horizontally from a cloud
