1. **Natural Numbers : **all +ve whole #s, not incl. 0. Eg: 1, 2, 3, ….
2. Whole Numbers: all natural +ve #s incl. 0. Eg: 0, 1, 2, 3….
3. Integer numbers: all +ve & -ve whole #s, incl. 0. Integers can be rep. on number line, where -ve #s lie left of 0 and +ve #s lie right of 0.
4. Rational numbers: all +ve & -ve #s which can be in fraction form (since whole #s can be written as fractions), it inclusdes all +ve and -ve whole #s and fractions, incl. 0.
5. Real Numbers: all +ve & -ve whole #s, integers, rational numbers and all numbers that have infinite decimal places. They can be rep. by a continuous number line, with no gaps in line to signify that there can always be a number between any 2 #s that you can possibly imagine however close you think they can be.
