What is the difference between general revelation and special revelation?
General revelation: The insight into God’s character that history, human behavior, conscience, and nature provide. It is available to all and appeals to reason
Special revelation: In love, God can give special revelation to help interpret God‘s testimony
Who is the focus of scripture and what does the cross reveal about Him
Jesus Christ is the focus of scripture. Jesus’s death on the cross is the ultimate revelation of God’s character

The Holy Spirit is the divine source of the Bible. God wrote the Bible over a period of more than 1500 years
What is inspiration?
Inspiration means God-Breathed; Inspiration is the process through which God communicates his eternal truth

2) archaeology: Moabite stone was discovered in 1868 at Dibon, Jordan, confirming Moabite attacks on Isreal as recorded in second kings 2-3
3) cohesive unity: evidence of the Bibles inspiration includes its cohesive unity. In more than 3000 places, the Bible declares itself inspired. It does not contradict itself.
4) Accuracy: certainly, it is inconceivable that a book so accurate through the centuries could be considered anything less then inspired by God
