Rhetorical Purpose (Specific Purpose)
A primary goal for the speech.
Encode
Verbal or nonverbal symbols to express ideas.
Extemporaneous Delivery
The ability, enabled by practice, to deliver a speech smoothly & confidently for a speaking outline without reading from it.
Monotone
Non varying speaking voice.
