If specified from overseas, I notify the contractor pre-start meeting, long lead time item, order early. Pick up in tender price.

Assess normally, tags, question, neogicate. Compared with QS so know contractor not over priced.
Tenders closed, one tenderer submitted their trade summary in the wrong format to the proforma in tender documents?
Bren, ask all tenderers provide tender summary per proforma. Those that have will confirm they did. The one that didn’t should provide.
