What is aerobic excersises??
Takes place in the presence of oxygen
Generally excersises over a long period of time, not too fast and is steady.
The heart is able to supply the body with oxygen
What is an anaerobic excersises?
Takes place in the absence of enough oxygen
Excersises short in duration and at high intensity
What is an artery
Blood LEAVING the heart
What is a vein??
Blood ENTERING the heart
What is the vena cava?
