Hip extension leg press into swiss ball
Hip extension with band
Knee extension kicking ball
Squats/ assisted sit to stand (feet are behind knees)
Marching/ hip flexion with hold
Seated knee flexion and extension with towel
Ankle dorsi flexion and plantar flexion with blue device
Hip abduction seated
Seated weight bearing leg cross on effected side
Shifting and List opposite foot
Partials of the stand
Make sure feet are under the knees
