Wallenberg: (Lateral medullary) Ipsilateral Horners and ataxia (falls to side of lesion). Contralateral dysphasia, dysarthria, nystagmus, hiccups. NO FACIAL OR EXTREMITY WEAKNESS.
Weber: (Base of Midbrain) Ipsilateral CN3 palsy , Contralateral hemiplegia.
