C/L Paresis & Sensory loss of face and arms
Hemiparesis
Aphasia (dominant)
Neglect (non dominant)
Gaze Preference towards Side of Lesion
Clinical Features: PCA Stroke
Diplopia
Dizziness
Dysphagia
Dysarthria
Vertigo
Homonymous Hemianopsia
Clinical Features: ACA Stroke
C/L Paresis & Sensory loss in legs
C/L motor neglect
Cognitive and Personality changes
+/-Incontinence
Clinical Features: Lacunar Stroke
Pure Motor (MC)
Pure Sensory
Mixed Sensorimotor
Dysarthria-Clumsy Hand Syndrome (LC)
Ataxic Hemiparesis
Clinical Features: Vertibral Basilar
Quadriplegia
Coma
Locked-In Syndrome
CN Dysfunction
Clinical Features: Thalamic Stroke
Hemisensory impairment (face/arm/leg)
Central pain syndrome
Alternation in senses (except smell)
Visual field deficit: homonymous hemianopsia, quadrantanopia, sectoranopia
