A
Over 20 weeks gestation or postpartum
BP >140/90 with proteinuria
Severe preeclampsia features:
Thrombocytopenia
Renal insufficiency
Impaired liver function
Pulmonary edema
Neurological symptoms: Headache or vision change

Management
A
BP control with hydralazine 5 mg IV OR labetalol 10 mg IV OR nifedipine 10 mg PO
If seizure (eclampsia): IV Magnesium in 4-6 g load IV over 5 min and then 1-2 g/h
