What is the prognosis?
A
more positive prognosis
+ engaging well with rehab
+ keen to be discharged > optimistic mind set > interacting with other patients and activities
+ sit unsupported on plinth
+ feed himself, dress upper half, address aspects of hygiene
- no change in low tone palpation
- shoulder remains in subluxation and reduced PROM
~ effecting ADL

Prioritised problem list
A
- unable to step with L leg
- 2cm gap > shoulder subluxation
- no power in L ankle DF or PF
- no power and limited PROM in wrist and finger flexion
- L shoulder external rotation > no power, to neutral PROM
- cannot localise light touch in LUL
- low tone in LLL

Short term goals
A
- 1/5 ankle DF and PF in 2 weeks
- 1/5 wrist and finger extension in 2 weeks
- 1/5 and + 10 degrees shoulder external rotation
- increase elbow extension from -20 to -10 in 2 weeks
- S2S independently in 3 weeks > recruit more muscle control in LL
- transfers with AO1 in 3 weeks

- walk independently with LLL recruitment
- fully dress himself
- address stairs
