What is the prognosis?
A
- positive progression and good improvements
- mainly mobilises inside with one crutch
- short distances outside with crutch and As.
- long distances require wheelchair
majority of ADLs can be completed > not back to back to her normal levels - no red flags

Prioritised problem list
A
- dexterity tasks > can complete but with difficulty, she is highly frustrated thus needs to be addressed sooner to improve mental state
- fatigue > daytime naps
- unable to mobilise for long distances outside > increase exercise tolerance
- reduced righting reactions > fear of falling, reduces independence in mobilisation
- L foot dorsiflexion 3/5 > affect gait

Short term gaols
A
- increase power to 4/5 in left foot dorsiflexion in 2 weeks
- increase ROM in left foot dorsiflexion to full range in 2 weeks
- mobilise indoors independently without a crutch in 3 weeks
- mobilise outdoors with elbow crutch independently and no supervision in 3 weeks
