Set Up: Lying prone, legs straight and together, forehead resting
on one hand, other hand holding PTBar, palm facing
back (away from head), shoulder externally rotated
Resistance: medium
Exhale: Internally rotate shoulder, lowering PTBar
Inhale: Externally rotate shoulder, lifting PTBar

• Shoulder external rotators
OBJECTIVES • Shoulder internal rotator control and stretch
• Shoulder external rotator control and stretch
• Shoulder mobility
CUES • Maximize rotational movement of glenohumeral joint
• Move slowly through full range of motion
• Breathe continuously throughout movement
• Minimize rotation of trunk
