First skill strength
LEG ACTION -Good knee lift-The knee is as high as the hips which is as high as it should be-This means longer stride so can cover more distance per stride-allow him to run a faster time
Second skill strength
HEAD CARRIAGE-good head carriage-not looking down but instead is looking straight ahead bout 30-40m in front means no stress put on shoulder muscles and no tension in the neck meaning they are relaxed and fatigue less quickly-ears Should be over middle of shoulders
1st tactical strength
POSITIONING in the field-not bad didn’t go out to hard-only led on 2nd lap which allowed him to push pace and drop the rest of the field creating gaps which would be hard to get back later in the race
2nd tactical strength
He didn’t false start meaning that he is aware of the RULES AND REGULATIONS.If he had false started he would of been disqualified and not have been eligible for a time
1st fitness strength
CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE-the ability to continuously exercise without tiring-performer had good cardiovascular endurance allowing him to maintain a quick pace for longer without fatiguing
2nd fitness strength
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE-the ability of a muscle group to repeatedly contract or keep going without tiring-the performer had good muscular endurance allowing his muscles to go under more contractions without fatiguing-allowing him to run quicker for longer
3rd fitness strength
BALANCE-The ability to maintain equilibrium whether stationary or moving
4th fitness strength
FLEXIBILITY-the range of movement of a joint-better flexibility in the hip flexors and hamstring means that the performer will be able to get a better knee drive
1st skill weakness
ARM ACTION-left arm not moving in a linear motion and is instead crossing over the midline
2nd skill weakness
LEG ACTION-foot strike-heel striking significantly decrease running economy
1st tactical weakness
TIMING of kicking-bit too early ended up being caught in at 150m which meant that he lost the race
1st fitness weakness
POWER-strengthxspeed(maximal force performed at speed)
2nd fitness weakness
Speed-the ability to move the body or body parts quickly
