Quarterly strategy meetings with my clients wider business leads to discuss performance against KPIs and objectives for the upcoming quarter. I Also had weekly calls with my clients Real Estate managers where we would discuss works in progress, ensuring regular communication and that my actions were constantly aligned with the needs of my client.

• Operational efficiency - should be an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency
