Strategic planning is a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future. (Bryson, 1988.)

objectives defines strategies or implementation steps to attain the identified goals. they are specific measurable, and have a defined completion date, they are more specific outline the’ who, what, when, where, and how.
