Q

What is happening to the amounts of fresh water on Earth today?

A

Its reducing due to global warming.
Rise in global temps is causing ice caps/glaciers storing fresh water to melt.
As they melt they enter saline water such as oceans.
No longer making it fresh and no longer making it drinkable.
Also contributes to sea level rise.
