Section 1 of PACE
Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act
Sections 60 criminal justice and public order Act (only with authorisation)
Section 32 of PACE. Search after arrest.
Section 54 of PACE. Search in a police station.
Section 18 PACE. Search of an arrested persons house authorised by an inspector.
Section 43 and 47 of the terrorism Act.
