Section 30 The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014: Breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO)
A person who without reasonable excuse -
(a) does anything he or she is prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order, or
(b) fails to do anything he or she is required to do by a criminal behaviour order, commits an offence.
Section 35 The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014:
This gives the police constable and PCSO in uniform the power to exclude a person from an area for a period of up to 48 hours with an inspectors authority.
Section 39 The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014: Failing to comply with a notice to disperse
A person given a direction under section 35 who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with it commits an offence.
Section 67 The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014: Fail to comply with a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO)
It is an offence for a person without reasonable excuse -
(a) to do anything that the person is prohibited from doing by a public spaces protection order, or
(b) to fail to comply with a requirement to which the person is subject under a public spaces protection order.
