Management

A
Asymptomatic- leave
Acute:
-IV/rectal diclofenac
-antispasmodics
- low ca diet

Ureteric

  • look out for infection
  • emergency percutanous nephrostomy or stent
  • basket
  • shock wave lithotripsy
  • laser
