GASTROINTESTINAL: Intense thirst, with desire for cold drinks, mouth ulcers, bleeding gums, foul breath, sour reguritation, nausea, vomiting, excessive hunger, burning sensation in epigastrium
MENTAL: mental restlessness
TONGUE: red tongue, thick yellow coating
Stomach fire (phlegm fire)
nausea, vomiting blood - dark blood, vomiting, stabbing pain in epigastrium
blood stasis in stomach
GASTROINTESTINAL : Discomfort in epigastrium, vomiting of clear fluids, no thirst
PHYSICAL: pale complexion, cold weak limbs
Stomach deficient and cold
PHYSICAL: Dull yellow complexion, facial pain, blocked nose, nasal discharge, sticky taste, thirst with no desire to drink
GASTROINTESTINAL: epigastric pain and fullness, feeling of heaviness, nausea
T: sticky yellow coating
damp heat in stomach
nausea, belching, hiccups, difficulty swallowing, vomiting
Stomach qi rebellious upwards
GASTROINTESTINAL: foul breath, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, sour regurgitation, belching, epigastric fullness and pain, distension, loose stools and constipation
MENTAL: insomnia
TONGUE COATING: thick tongue coating
retention of food in stomach, OR food stagnation in stomach
GASTROINTESTINAL: Poor appetite, lack of taste, discomfort in epigastrium, slight abdominal distension, loose stool
PHYSICAL: pale complexion, tiredness, weak limbs
Spleen Stomach Qi Deficiency
EPIGASTRIC: belching, nausea, vomiting, hiccups, epigastric distension and paini
EMOTIONAL: irritabilility
Stomach Qi Stagnation
EPIGASTRIC: sudden pain in epigastrium, vomiting of clear fluids
PHYSICAL: Feeling cold, cold limbs
Stomach Cold
GASTROINTESTINAL: No appetite, or slight hunger without desire to eat, dry mouth or throat, dull epigastric pain, fullness after eating, dry stools
T: Tongue without coating or rootless coating in the center
