Qi Stagnation in PC
mental/emotional: mental restlessness, insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, agitation, mental confusion, rash behaviour, uncontrolled laughter/crying, muttering to oneself, depression, mania
physical: red face, red swollen tongue with sticky coating
Palpitations, oppression in chest, rapid breathing, expectoration of phlegm and heat in chest
Phlegm fire harassing percardium
mental/emotional: mental restlessness, agitation, insomnia, dream disturbed
Physical: palpitation, feeling of tightness of chest, bitter taste, mouth tongue ulcers, Red face, rapid breathing
pericardium fire
mental emotional: anxiety, insomnia, poor memory, dream disturbed sleep, dizziness
Physical: Palpitations, discomfort of chest, dull pale complexion, pale lips, SOB, dull ache in chest, cold hands
Blood deficiency in pericardium
mental emotional: mental confusion, delirium, incoherent speech
Physical: fever at night, body hot, macules, cold hands and feet
T: Red tongue without coat

T: Red peeled tongue
Kidney Yin Deficiency with empty heat blazing
Physical: Bright white complexion, backache, abundant clear urine, weak legs, cold weak knees, feeling cold, Edema of legs
Tongue: Pale tongue
P: Deep Pulse
Kidney yang deficiency
Child: mental retardation, later closure of fontanelle, deafness, poor bone development
Adult: dizziness, poor memory, falling hair, blurred vision, loose teeth, tinnitus, lower backache, weak sexual activity, weak legs, softening of bones
Kidney Jing Deficiency
physical: bright white complexion, feeling cold, tiredness, abdominal distension, lower back ache, cold and weak knees, edema
urogenital: abundant clear urine, decrease libido, *chronic diarrhea
P: deep/weak pulse
Kidney and Spleen yang Deficiency
physical/mental emotional: mental restlessness, poor memory, palpitations, dizziness, tinnitus, night sweats, dry throat at night, feeling heat in the afternoon, lower backache
urogenital: scanty dark urine, dry stool
T: red tongue with redder tip and midline crack w/o coat

physical: insomnia, dull headache, dizziness, blurred vision, dry eyes, dry throat, night sweats, lower backache, numbness/tingling of limbs, brittle nails
Urogenital: infertility, scanty periods, dry stools, vagina
T: Tongue without coat

Feeling cold, watery sputum, cough, asthma, palpitations, breathlessness, abdominal fullness, distension, cold feeling in back/ lower backache, scanty clear urine, edema of the ankles
Pulse: Deep, weak
T: Pale, swollen tongue
Overflowing to heart: cold hands, breathlessness
Lungs: Cough, asthma, breathlessness on exertion
