A
- Affective: emotions (e.g: anger, warmth), usually refers to negative emotions.
- Cognitive: Thoughts about the target based on stereotypes
- Behavioral: Action or behaviors towards targets.

What are the theories on what makes people prejudice?
A
- Biological: biological mechanisms to favor our own family, tribe or race & to express hostility towards others.
- Learned: Socially transmitted (via: parents, community, media) intentionally or unintentionally, instruct us to assign negative qualities and attributes to people who are different from us.

In-group bias
A
People who are like us, treated special.

A
People that look different from us get different treatment and are often disliked.
