Mainly LCT with adipose tissue
Contains vasa vasorum, lymphatics and nerves

Tunica Media.
Mainly circularly arranged smooth muscle, interdigitating between fenestrated elastic lamellae
(elastic lamellae aid nutrient diffusion & SMCs secrete collagen and elastic fibres).
Also present: collagen fibers to prevent over-stretch, v
asa vasorum may be present in outer portions
