Review in 4wks –> then every 6-12mo (with lipid profile as req) –> dose may be titrated up if target not met
- LFTs before staring, at 3mo, and at12 mo (Statins can cause altered LFTs)

• N, sickness, diarr, abdo pain
• Rhabdomyolysis - tell Dr if exp unexpected muscle pain
• Some statins interact with grapefruit juicet
