Low risk management:
Advice on self management, remaining active in all aspects of daily living and advice and exercise.
Treatment expected 2 to 6 sessions.
Medium risk management
-To promote self management educate.
-Treatment to focus on increased function through exercises.
-6 to 12 sessions, including progressive exercises .
High risk management
-Educate regarding need for further assistance refer to GP if needed
-Manage with emphasis on increasing function, decreasing anxiety and fear, avoidance.
-Treatment expected between 6 to 12 sessions and more if required.
