A

The We Speak Human teams works across Medicare departments to help them simplify member communications (i.e. to “speak human”) and make complex Medicare lingo easier to understand. The team has made changes to phone scripts, written material, web pages, even ID cards to simplify and “humanize” our communications

A

The member experience and clinical Stars strategy teams each have a business intelligence unit. For Member Experience, this is led by Ben Russel who reports into Shawn Smith. For Clinical Stars strategy, this is led by Karlos Dodson that reports into Joyce Macek. Business Intelligence turns data into insights that can help drive stronger business decision-making.
