What does the # mean in the label?
For runway 33 instruments, the hash indicates a cyan 77 aircraft requesting the LOC approach, not the RNP approach. The hash changes the cyan to green to signify to CS APP the change in requested approach, as the 33I in the label will remain the same for both.
