A

Radar reflector, fishing gear (moral), first aid kit, sea sick medication, knife with floating Handel, sponges, sea anchors, whistle or equivalent, signalling mirror, 1.5L of water pp, 6 hand flares, 2 smoke, 4 rocket, three tin openers, rustproof drinking vessel, thermal aids.

A

Must not discharge untreated sewage from within 500 metres from land (mean high water spring) in water less than 5 metres deep. within 500 metres from a marine farm or mataitai (traditional food collection) reserve, or 200m from marine reserve. (EXCEPT FIORDLAND).

With treatment system A - not within 100m of marine farm (or in Fiordland)
B - 500m as above
