What time does orientation start on Thursday?

Orientation starts at 1:15.

Question 2

What time do participants need to sign in and be in their seats for class?

Answer 2

Sign in is at 6:30, in their seats by 7:30.

Who do we contact if a participant is an issue?

Answer 3

Our first point of contact is the Lead instructor for the program, if they are not available contact their point person. Make sure everyone is aware of the issue and keep notes if needed.

Question 4

While in session, can participants wear shorts, sandals, sunglasses?

Absolutley not. Participants should be wearing pants, shoes (no open toe), Shirts (no tank tops). This is a professional environment and we expect this from our members.

Who’s responsibility is it to be up to date on all material?

Answer 5

It is on you to make sure you have the most up to date participant guides, instructor guides, and anything else to be current. We will do our best to make sure you have the info but be aware we are always updating and changing.

What time is our instructor meeting on Wednesday?

The instructor meeting is at 4:00 pm. Be sure to always check with your lead for location as we tend to blend our program meetings. Also, if for some reason you can not be there contact your lead or Alysia with that info.
