A

That space between where you want to be and where you are.

What is the purpose of the post it notes on the personal development activity?

A

For the participants to write down three or four things (1-3 on each post-it) that could help them attain your goal by addressing the issues in your professional gap. The more specific, the better off they will be!

A

Walk around and look at what others have put on the charts, they may be able to add more thoughts or ideas to the charts.

A

Give participants some time to refresh and look over charts before you get into the second half of the development plan and remind them to add more thoughts.

A

Participants then grab their participant guide and fill in the 3 blank spots under self, education, opportunity, education, by using their charts or their own responses. Be sure they fill in all sections.
