IF you stop first, no pedestrians, and no sign telling you not to, then yes
can you make a left on red?
Yes from a one way to another one way - otherwise no (also don’t if there is a sign saying not to)
What is a flashing red?
treat it like a stop sign
What is a flashing yellow?
Slow down and be careful - make sure way is clear (DRIVE SLOWLY)
What does flashing yellow arrow mean?
the cars on the other side have a green light. Yield to them and only go if the way is clear
In what scenario would you have buddies turning with you if there is a green arrow?
If it’s an intersection the other side goes as well. Don’t go to deep into the intersection or you will get run over.
What if the lights don’t work?
Follow the cop. If there is no cop, treat it like a 4 way stop.

A mile or more - do not just assume it’s putting on the brakes and won’t hit you

Yes.

Green (distance, directions, info) , brown (recreational, cultural, historical), and blue (motorist services) - rest areas, streets, etc
