Residency, complete a driver education program (in class and behind the wheel), hold a learners permit for 9 months

Slow down and proceed through intersection with caution
Flashing red light meaning
Basically a stop sign - come to a complete stop before proceeding
What do you do at an intersection if the traffic lights aren’t working?
Treat it like a 4 way stop sign or follow the flagger if they’re there
What should you do before getting in your car and starting it?
Look around to see if there are any obstructions or leaks or other things
How do you approach a vehicle from a parking space?
Go from the back of the vehicle (not in between the rows of cars because ain’t nobody boutta expect you there and you gon get run over)
How do you approach your vehicle when it’s parked on a curb?
Approach it from the front so you face the traffic
