  1. The LEDCs where it is shipped to may not benefit because of the health issues it causes.
  2. The companies used may benefit as it is cheaper to ship the waste off to LEDCs.
  3. The workers in the LEDCs will not benefit because they may become ill. However, they may also benefit since they make a living off of it.

  1. The poorer residents - These people could feel left out or be bullied for not having new technology.
    2, The producing companies - These will benefit as sales will increase - the richer population will buy their products.

  1. The police - They will benefit as it will be easier to catch criminals.
  2. The public - these people’s rights will be infringed as they will be constantly monitored. However, they may also benefit.

  1. Users - They will benefit as their devices will be more secure and possibly easier to use. However, the device will be more expensive to but, possibly adding to the digital divide.
  2. The producer - They could not really benefit as it will cost money to implement these devices. However it is possible for the device to be very expensive so a profit is made.

A

To see whether it will cause more harm than good, or vice versa. This can help determine whether to continue with a process.
