What’s problem solutio fit ?

A

• P/S fit is about creating a solution (and corresponding value proposition) to a validated problem and knowing (evidence) that the solution solves a real problem, potential customers understand the solution, and they will pay for it)

you know it when your customers get enthusiastic about your solution and cannot wait to have their problem solved; when you have collected evidence that proves that the problem is real and the solution solves that real problem

What’s the process of problem solution fit?

A

identify a problem (e.g. team brainstorm, desk research, etc), validate the problem (e.g. exploratory research (interviews, surveys, observation)) and knowing who your customers are, what they need, that they care for the problem (shark bite), where they are located, and that they have a budget for the problem, and creating a solution(s) to the validated problem (e.g. concept board(s)), and initially testing the solution with potential customers (e.g. concept test, options test))

A
