Check the name of passenger and photo ID is the same as the boarding pass

Check hand luggage size and if too heavy will be passed onto ground crew.

10min before departure to CSA will do a final call to all passengers

Once all passengers are onboard the CSA will inform the crew that all passengers are all on board.
