Stage 1: Greet
Greet:
Passengers are greeted by CSA who get asked where they are going.
CSA come across a scenario to deal with
3 Examples:
Oversized bag-
Cancelled-
Delay-
Stage 2: Passport ID
The CSA will ask for ID like a drivers license or a passport
Stage 3: Airfare
The CSA will check airfare you haven paid for and the weight of your bags.
Stage 4: convoya& bag weight
The CSA will ask to passenger to place their bag onto the convoya belt.
Stage 5: Dangerous Goods
3 Questions given:
The CSA will ask security and dangerous goods questions:
1: Did you pack your own bag?
2: Do you know exactly what is in your suitcase?
3: Are you carrying anything sharp?
Stage 6: Baggage labels
CSA will print baggage labels and put them onto the bag known as tagging the bag and will also do the priority bags.
Stage 7: Boarding Pass
CSA will print boarding passes and tell passengers which gate they will be leaving from and what plane will be boarding.
Stage 8: Security & Customers
Passengers will make there way through customers and immigration and proceed through security. Pax are now airside
Stage 9: Boarding call at gate
Boarding call to gate: The CSA will go to gate for boarding and make an announcement. Passengers will begin boarding.
