It is upstage right and upstage left.

It would be at the front so down stage right, down stage left and down stage centre.

What might be happening at upstage centre?
A
There could be, for example, someone who has maybe missed the train snd their family is on it. The upstage centre is a place where the shocks happen so in this case, the audience would be surprised to see that actor still there and not on the train.
