I’m located right here in ________ but we actually have locations and techs to cover all of California.
Is it important to you to have a company that’s nearby?

FAQ: How many techs/vendors do you use?
We have quite a few actually.
Is getting to the jobs quickly one of the most important functions of testing companies you use?
Have you had problems with your current testing company making it to your jobs on time?
So we look at ourselves, not as a testing company but a management company. We’re one point of contact for all things testing, and we get you the fastest testing possible.

FAQ: Why do we offer ad fees?
Ad fees are our way of SHOWING OUR APPRECIATION as well as CONTRIBUTING TO YOUR MARKETING EFFORTS to bring in more jobs.
FAQ: Are your prices reasonable?
Of course!
We actually offer discounts for property owners who aren’t going through insurance. We don’t want to charge them any more than what it costs us because we know most of them have no idea testing is required.

FAQ: How do I send new jobs?
You can call/text/email/whatsapp me any time and I’ll always respond to confirm we have received it and let you know as soon as it’s been scheduled.
We’re all about EASE OF USE, like the amazon “buy it now” we want to make it as easy as possible to use our services.

FAQ: What labs does YGM use?
We’re all about speed so we use usually use WHICHEVER LAB IS CLOSEST that we know we can count on to give us results fast.
Does YGM have insurance contracts?
No.
We don’t currently but we work with all of them and TPA’s all the time without issue.
Are you guys preferred vendors? How’s that been?

FAQ: Does YGM work with TPA’s?
YES.
We do work with TPA’s through our clients all the time.
Which ones are you with?

FAQ: Does YGM pay referral fees or ad fees?
YES
We send out payments for all jobs from that week every Friday. So if you send me 10 jobs a week. We’ll send out a check for $1k on every Friday.
We do for all insurance jobs. Cash jobs we discount heavily because we know most homeowners aren’t aware they even need testing. So we only charge enough to cover overhead.
FAQ: How much does YGM pay for ad fees?
$50 PER INSPECTION TYPE. Asbestos & lead = $100.
Instead of a % we paid a flat amount. We’ve found that it equals out to the same amount but there’s no need to wait on our Accounts receivable department to create the invoice. We pay $50/test type. So if you have an asbestos ($50) & Lead ($50) job we would send you $100 on Friday. If you send us 10 of those a week we send you $1k every Friday. Its our way of showing our appreciation as well as contributing to your marketing budget.
Additional optional automatic services offered by YGM to make things easier for the water damage company clients?
Automatic 1000 point count (Could save them the job).
Positive results forwarding to the client’s abatement company of choice. Keeps the job flowing less work for them and keeps the customers happy.
