BUILD and maintain strong and positive relationships and communities.

By being sincere, empathetic and approachable.

Pupils - Always valued, strong presence around the school, show them my strengths and honest about my weaknesses.

Parents - Make expectations clear. Empathise as a parent myself. Team approach.

Staff - In person - a very clear, shared goal. Vision of what success will look like.

Brisk pace, involve the staff, cut out the chaff so it is 100% relevant to their classrooms and lessons.

Resources and revision support.
