Scrum Master
Coordinator for the team. Responsible for enacting scrum values and practices, identifying impediments and escalating to the supporting leader and program manager when appropriate.

Supporting Leader
Supporting Leaders are primarily responsible for removing obstacles as servant leaders, while shielding the team from external interference. Person accountable and responsible for defning the “what” and ensuring that we are delivering a feature or capability that adds value.
(Typicall VP, AVP or Manager)
Program Manager
Program Manager
Program Managers ensure cross-functional alignment across transformation work streams and escalate risks and issues.
Squad Chair
Squad Chair
Technical liason for the squad. This person is the technical companion for the scrum master who will assist in meetings where technical expertise and communication is needed. This role is also the backup for the Scrum Master should that person need assistance, coaching or to fill in for the Scrum Master should their be a time conflict.
They would only be responsible for facilitating the scrum events in the absence of the Scrum Master.

Squad Team Members
Self-organizing, cross-functional, fully invested in the sprint. Team members should only be changed between planning iterations. Normally 5 to 11 people.
