In 313, when the Edict of Milan was passed which allowed freedom of religion throughout Rome
Why did the Romans do this?
To gain the Christians trust
What did Charlemagne the Great do?
He forced foreign tribes to become Christian
How did Christianity unify Medieval Europe?
Because it was the main religion, people got influenced to love each other
