A persons set of traits that controls there potential to learn a skill

Basic vs complex

What are basic ans complex skills ?
Basic=is quick to learn as it doesn’t need much thought
Complex=needs lots of decision making so requires a lot of thought
What are open and closed skills ?
Open=preformed in a changing environment
Closed=same predictable environment
What are self and externally paced skills ?
Self paced =controlled by the performer
Externally paced=affected by external factors that control when it starts or happens
What are gross and fine skills ?
Gross=involved powerful movements with large muscle groups
Fine=smaller muscle and more precise movement
What is goal setting ?
Setting targets that you want to reach to improve your performance
What should be used when goal setting ?
SMART
What does SMART stand for ?
Specific=exactly what your what to achieve
Measurable=goals can be measured/tracked
Accepted=goals should be decided by everyone involved
Realist=can realistically reach
Time-bound=set a deadline

Define them ?
Intrinsic feedback=knowing yourself
Extrinsic feedback=someone else tells you

Direct aggression=involves physical contact
Indirect aggression=doesn’t involve physical contact (object)

Introverts=ehy,quiet people that like being alone
Extroverts=are more sociable,they’re talkative and prefer being with other people
