NOTES:
• Jing-Well (Wood) point
 - Restrains via Ke cycle 
 - Restrains excessive bleeding (w/ moxa)
   - #1 esp. for lower jiao

 - Excessive worry, studying

• In hollow distal to 1st metatarsal-phalangeal joint
Oblique inferior insertion
Sensitive to needle- use thinner gauge, light technique
NOTES:
• Ying-Spring (Fire) point
- Regulates SP, for Damp, Damp-Heat
- Clears heat, but also tonifies SP somewhat

 - Ideal for moxa
• SP Qi Xu, Damp Excess
 - Damp-heat
 - Constipation as well

LOCATION:
• 3 cun above KI 3, level with inner malleolus,
• Midway between bone and achilles tendon
NOTES:
• 3 leg yin channels meet here- KI, LR, SP
- “One of the most important and widely used acupoints” (Deadman)
• Primary point for lower abdomen
- GYN/prostate
- Primary point for menstrual regulation
- OB- Induces labor: Cx during pregnancy
- #1 point for urinary issues
- Reproductive organs - impotence
• Master point of Xue, with SP 8
- Insomnia, skin

 - Blood- menstrual issues, with SP 6

• In hollow between tibia’s medial condyle and it’s posterior border
• Slide-stop below tibial condyle
• 2 cun below knee crease
NOTES:
• He-Sea (Water) point
 - #1 for Damp
   - With Ren 9 ("9+9")
 - Does not tonify SP

• Knee bent: center of bulge of vastus medialis
NOTES:
• Needling invigorates & cools blood:
- Only moxa will build blood here
- “Where there is hemorrhage, there is stasis”
- GYN, skin, urinary issues

• In hollow at lateral border of rectus abdominis
• 4 cun lateral to navel
• Next to ST 25, Mu of LI
• Needle perpendicular up to 1 cun
NOTES:
• Regulates intestines, moves qi
- Important axis point: where Sky meets Earth
- SP 15 for constipation; ST 25 for diarrhea
- Lower abdomen (SP region) - pain, cold
• Sadness, weeping, sighing (w/ ST 23, 24)
- This trio of points are the most classically indicated for emotional regulation
