- 6,8,9 frequently used
- benefits urination for dampness in lower jiao
- Promotes Fx of LV, ST (LV attacking ST)
- regulates flow of LV qi
- tonifies KI
- nourishes blood yin- a) tonifies (anemia), b) moves (pain). cools (bleeding/skin)
- regulates uterus and menstruation= GREAT for GYNO if not pregnant
- induces labor- CONTRAINDICATED FOR PREGNANCY

- moderates acute conditions
