3oz Topo/soda water

Combine all except Topo with cubed ice and shake. Add Topo to tin and strain into double Old Fashioned glass with cubed ice. Orange slice a dust of cinnamon.

8-10 mint leaves

Add all with cubed ice and shake. Dump into Pilsner and top with more ice. Add straw. Mint bouquet and lemon wedge.

1oz Top Note Tonic

Combine all into mixing glass and stir (10 secs) Strain into double Old Fashioned with sexy ice. Top with Tonic. Express lemon swatch over drink, cut, garnish.
