.33oz simple syrup

5 chunks cucumber
2oz Top Note Ginger Beer

Add all but ginger beer and muddle cucumber.
Shake with ice.
Double strain into Collins filled with ice and ginger beer.
Cucumber wheel speared with blackberry and Mint bouquet.
